Description
Mini natural poppy size M = 55 cm long
Mini natural poppy size L = 65 cm long
The poppy is a plant from the Papaveraceae family, which also includes the well-known corn poppy. When dried, the poppy has very long stems topped with a fruit forming a closed ball, crowned and filled with seeds. Poppy is an excellent element in dried and preserved flower bouquets thanks to its unique and original appearance. Sitting on its long stems, the poppy brings height and structure to your creations. By removing its head, the poppy can also be used in various DIY creations, flower crowns, vials and dried flower cloches. Poppy heads are also very pretty in floral arches, table decorations, and are a perfect choice for wedding decor, especially rustic-style weddings. To combine poppy with other plant species, nothing works better than dried flowers such as dried oats, tea tree or briza segro. It can also be combined with preserved plants such as preserved heather, baby’s breath or diosmi. Several colours are available to match different styles. You can find the natural colour of poppy in our catalogue, but also red, light green, orange, pink and cream white. Phocealys poppy is 100% European, sourced directly from Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

General recommendations
Dried flowers require minimal maintenance. Phocealys advises you :
- Do not expose your dried flowers directly to the sun, as direct exposure could damage the colour of your bouquets
- To remove dust from your dried bouquets, wipe them lightly with a cloth to avoid damaging them. You can also use a hairdryer, as long as the air is cold and you do not blow too close to the bouquet
