Description

Hydrangeas are one of your favourite stabilised flowers. They embellish your creations in any season. At Phocealys you have different types of hydrangeas. You have the hydrangea macrophylla with a large round shape that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. These are the best known. These hydrangeas are real rays of sunshine that bring all your flower creations to life. We also have the hydrangea paniculata, also known as the stabilised hydrangea peegee. The panicles of this hydrangea are larger and more spectacular. The flowers they produce are pyramid-shaped clusters that can reach 25 cm in height and are available in several colours. These flowers will be perfect for floral arrangements, as they will add a romantic touch to any design. Chain flower hydrangeas, also known as quercifolia or snowflake, have flowers that take the form of upright cones. Their texture is very interesting and allows you to add a sophisticated touch to your arrangements. Available in a variety of colours, you can create unique decorations. By mixing different colours of hydrangea in the same arrangement, you can create beautiful, colourful bouquets, as the hydrangea compliments a vase or bowl very well on its own. Hydrangeas are also very versatile and can be combined with other stabilised or dried plants. Combining hydrangea with gypsophila will guarantee an explosion of colour and cheerfulness. If you are looking for a more sober result, you can opt for stabilised foliage, such as eucalyptus parvifolia. Its colours and cheerful appearance will delight your DIY creations, such as jewellery or table decorations.

General recommendations

Stabilised plants are 100% natural. They can only be exposed inside. They require no maintenance, no watering and no special light. They keep their freshness and flexibility for several years. A few tips to keep your stabilised plants looking fresh:

  • Handle the plants with care and delicacy (natural plants are therefore fragile).
  • Avoid rooms with a relative humidity of over 80%.
  • Use these products in interiors where the temperature is not lower than 10°C.
  • Avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature.
  • Avoid placing stabilised plants directly in front of air conditioning.
