Description

The preserved Gerbera is a flower of great harmony. It is very soft and symmetrical, but it is also simple, which gives it the advantage of being easy to combine. The Gerbera has a very regular corolla and a large flower heart, which can be compared to the marguerite. However, unlike the marguerite, it is much larger. It measures between 5 and 7 cm in diameter and has a length of 2 cm, which makes it a plain flower. The heart of the gerbera is slightly darker than the corolla. The colour of the petals is still very dominant, making the Gerbera an almost monochrome flower. The Phocealys catalogue offers three colours: white, yellow and pink. All these colours are very soft. The white is very pure and bright and the other two colours are relatively pale to facilitate their association with other flowers such as the stabilised chrysanthemum. Stabilised with the utmost care, the Gerbera is a very hardy flower and will last for a long time. Its Japanese origins have given it its class and modernity. It can now shine in a sober green wall accompanied by other stabilised flowers or stabilised foliage such as stabilised eucalyptus. It will also be perfect for wedding decorations, giving elegance to a wedding table. It can also be used in a more original way to decorate a woman's hairstyle for a special event.

General recommendations

Stabilised plants are 100% natural. They can only be exposed inside. They require no maintenance, no watering and no special light. They keep their freshness and flexibility for several years. A few tips to keep your stabilised plants looking fresh:

  • Handle the plants with care and delicacy (natural plants are therefore fragile).
  • Avoid rooms with a relative humidity of over 80%. Use these products in interiors where the temperature is not lower than 10°C.
  • Avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature.
  • Avoid placing stabilised plants directly in front of air conditioning.
