Description

If you are looking for softness and sweetness, the tibouchina leaf is the perfect solution to your needs. Round, thick and generous, but mainly of a bright green colour, they perfectly incarnate the idea of a small tropical plant. In their natural state, they can be found in the tropical rainforests of Mexico, the West Indies and South America. The small size of these plants means that they can easily be used as a base or base for stabilised flower heads on a picture or a plant wall. However, as they have no stems, they are not suitable for bouquets of flowers. Its bright green colour is suitable for highlighting darker flowers such as red roses. In addition, the leaves have a small layer of tiny bristles on their surface, which may remind one of the famous "rabbit ears" and which will add a touch of softness and even glamour, as they are similar to velvet.

General recommendations

Stabilised plants are 100% natural. They can only be exposed inside. They require no maintenance, no watering and no special light. They keep their freshness and flexibility for several years. A few tips to keep your stabilised plants looking fresh:

  • Handle the plants with care and delicacy (natural plants are therefore fragile).
  • Avoid rooms with a relative humidity of over 80%. Use these products in interiors where the temperature is not lower than 10°C.
  • Avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature.
  • Avoid placing stabilised plants directly in front of air conditioning.
